healthy Living

“It’s not that some people have the willpower and some don’t. It’s that some people are ready to change and others are not – James Gordon.” With that being said, James Gordon inspires a notion that is the epitome of healthy living, and that without this in mind one perhaps without a doubt is going amongst healthy living the wrong way. The moment you are willing to step up, make the change and not just for the world around you, but when you are willing to make the change for you and only you that is when you take the first key step into proper healthy living.  First and foremost decide what you want to change about yourself – healthy living doesn’t always mean heading on the next fad diet presented by social media sites that come your way, or engaging with an extravagant physical workout for hours. Healthy living is defined ambiguously and it is defined by you and the changes you wish to make in your lifestyle. Whether it is a small change or a big change, it all adds to the bigger picture and thus giving you a glimpse into a healthier lifestyle. However depending on the changes you wish to make whether it is eating healthier, drinking more water, sleeping early, or adding a bit of daily physical activity to your daily routine you must mould it into a manner that best fits you. There is no set example or retained physical workout that is required, and there is definitely no definitive term that best describes a perfect healthy lifestyle. No one is perfect and thus no lifestyle will be perfect. With each small change and the willpower again to do it for you is another step into healthy living.
